Operations Analyst

Growing quickly, Hi Auto has the largest number of voice AI drive-thru restaurant deployments, competing directly with both big tech and restaurant tech players. 

We are looking for a motivated Operations Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to support our Global Operations function.
This role focuses on analytical, cross-functional work that helps improve decision-making, efficiency, and scalability.

Your Impact

In this role, you will:

  • Work on open-ended analytical problems related to operations, costs, and performance
  • Turn raw, sometimes messy data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Build models, frameworks, and metrics to support operational decisions
  • Support both ongoing monitoring and ad-hoc strategic analysis
  • Create clear documentation, summaries, and presentations for stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in analytics (in operations, finance, or a related field)
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • High proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Strong written and verbal English
  • Proactiveness and curiosity
  • Remote work experience

Bonus

  • Background in economics, industrial engineering, business, or data
  • Experience with BI tools, SQL, or automation
