Senior Account Executive

Hi Auto is the most trustworthy AI order taker for drive-thrus, partnering with major quick-service restaurant brands across the US, UK, and New Zealand. Growing quickly, we have the largest number of voice AI drive-thru restaurant deployments, competing directly with both big tech and restaurant tech players.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business development, managing key customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the quick-service restaurant segment across the US and international markets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and franchise owners.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations customized to customer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, product, and customer success to align customer requirements and ensure excellent service.
  • Manage the sales process end-to-end, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in restaurant technology or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence and build relationships with senior executives.
  • Strong understanding of business metrics and ROI, with the ability to negotiate based on defined performance parameters.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments is a plus.
