Parrish Chapman Appointed Executive Vice President of Sales at Hi Auto

Veteran enterprise sales leader joins Hi Auto to scale AI Order Taker adoption across QSR brands.

Hi Auto today announced the appointment of Parrish Chapman as Executive Vice President of Sales. In this role, Chapman will lead the company’s sales organization, enterprise growth strategy, and customer expansion initiatives as Hi Auto continues to scale its AI Order Taker across QSR drive-thrus.

Chapman brings decades of enterprise technology, retail, and restaurant leadership to Hi Auto, with firsthand operational experience in the industry as a former Dairy Queen and Church’s Chicken franchisee and through earlier roles with Wendy’s corporate operations. 

Most recently, he served as Chief Sales Officer at Olo, guiding strategic enterprise growth in digital ordering, payments, guest engagement, and restaurant commerce solutions for some of the industry’s largest brands.

Prior to Olo, Chapman was Chief Revenue Officer at GRUBBRR, where he led the go-to-market strategy and expanded adoption of self-ordering kiosks and digital commerce solutions across restaurant and retail environments.

He has also held senior enterprise sales leadership roles at Samsung Electronics America and Panasonic Connect North America, where he specialized in helping retailers and hospitality organizations deploy large-scale hardware, software, and customer-experience technologies.
